Royse City Health & Rehabilitation Center is a new, state-of-the-art skilled nursing facility located just minutes east of Rockwall, in the country setting of Royse City. With 124 beds, we pride ourselves on being the most intimate facility in Rockwall County that provides long term care as well as post-hospital, short-term care for those who need additional rehabilitation before transitioning back to their home.
Specializing in physical, occupational, and speech therapy programs with access to a variety of advance modality equipment, our objective is to give our residents expert, individualized care to help them achieve the highest level of recovery and independence possible. With an average stay of two to three weeks for our short-term residents, our excellent Rapid Recovery program focuses on returning patients home quickly and safely.
For those who need to stay longer, our goal is to enhance their lives every day by continuing to provide professional, personalized care and varied social interaction. We enjoy ice cream socials, movies and popcorn, exercise classes, sing-a-longs, arts and crafts, Wii games, manicures and lots of fun!

Admission to Royse City Health & Rehabilitation Center is initiated by a Physician, a Social Worker/Discharge Planner or a family member. We offer referral response within two hours and we accept admissions seven days a week.
For financial peace of mind, we accept Medicare, Medicaid, LTC insurance, private pay or skilled insurance plans. We will happily help educate our families in the application process for Medicaid benefits.
